Rob Green

Executive Director, National Council of Chain Restaurants

Rob Green serves as Executive Director of the National Council of Chain Restaurants (NCCR). He is responsible for day-to-day and strategic management of the association’s activities, focusing on federal advocacy. NCCR is a division of the National Retail Federation (NRF) and is the leading trade association exclusively representing chain restaurant companies. NCCR members include the country’s most respected quick-service and table-service operators.

Earlier in his career, Rob served in a variety of roles in the U.S. Congress including senior staff positions on the House Education and the Workforce Committee and Chief of Staff and Legislative Director for several Members of Congress.
